Entry Fees

Early Bird Entry Fee $95 per person
Secondary School $85 per person
Late Entry Fee $115 per person (within 7 days of the event)

Late Entries

Entries will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the intended event. Any competitors wishing to enter after that point will need to contact Richard Anderson at richard@24hourrace.co.nz or call 027 208 5198.

A full race entry fee of $115 pp will be charged for entries received within 7 days of an event.

Cancellation of entry

Any cancellation prior to two weeks of the entered event will incur a $50 per person administration fee. Any cancellation after that date will result in no refund.

Newsletters and essential equipment

Upon acceptance of entry, team captains will receive a newsletter/s (e-mail) regarding registrations, essential equipment, accommodation, course information and format changes. Each competitor must sign the liability release form.

I have read and voluntarily signed this waiver and I have agreed to assume the entire risk of loss, property damage, illness, injury or death (collectively "losses") that I may sustain in conjunction with my participation in The 6 Hour Adventure Race ("Event"). I understand that my participation in the Event may include participation in the following activities; orienteering, trekking, trail running, river and sea kayaking, water activities, mountain biking, mountaineering, caving, archery, abseiling, ascending and other rope skills.

I acknowledge that there are risks inherent in the Event and that I may sustain losses as a result of participating in the Event. I voluntarily agree to assume (for myself, my representatives, heirs, assigns and next of kin) all such risks, foreseeable or otherwise, and hereby release 24 Hour Adventure Race Limited, Arrow International Limited, the Event management team and all persons and entities connected with the Event, from any liability for any and all losses whatsoever, whatever the cause, that I may sustain. My assumption of the entire risk of any and all losses to me in the Event is intended to apply to any and all losses no matter how the loss (or losses) is (or are) caused. My assumption of the entire risk of any and all losses to me in the Event is intended to cover any loss or losses caused by a negligent act or a negligent failure to act.

I hereby authorise and grant 24 Hour Adventure Race Limited, Arrow International Limited and their related companies and assignees the right to edit, publish copyright and use, in perpetuity, any and all information, photographs, video and films in which I appear. I further agree that 24 Hour Adventure Race Limited, Arrow International Limited and their related companies and assignees may, in perpetuity, transfer use, or cause to be used these pieces of information photographs, videos, or films for any and all exhibitions, public displays, publications, commercials, art and advertising purposes without limitation or reservation. I agree that the rights granted herein to 24 Hour Adventure Race Limited and Arrow International Limited shall be without prior notice or additional compensation to me, and I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve these pieces of information, photographs, videos or film or the use of them.

I hereby certify that I have read and understand this release and that I fully accept the terms and conditions set forth herein on behalf of myself, my representative, heirs, assigns and next of kin.
